Please read these terms before using the app. By using Hadher Sites you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app and speak to your organization.
They are written to be read by a worker before a lawyer.
1 Who we are, and who this agreement is with
Hadher Sites is operated by alqalam alisnaai Company For Technologies (trading as Stilus Ingenium), commercial registration 7054527390, Madinah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This agreement is between you and the Company. Your organization's subscription and its fees are a separate agreement between the Company and that organization — you are never billed under these terms.
2 What the service is, and is not
Hadher Sites is an attendance evidence tool: it establishes that whoever punched was at the worksite at a known time. It is operated by your employer, who alone defines the sites, shifts, policies, and who sees what.
- It is not a payroll system. It does not compute your pay, and it decides no deduction or bonus.
- It is not your employer. Your employment relationship is with your organization alone; these terms create no relationship with the Company beyond using the app.
- It makes no decision about you — what it shows is data read by authorized people at your organization.
3 Your account
- There is no self sign-up. Your organization creates your account against your phone number; you sign in with a one-time code sent to it.
- The account is personal. Never share it or your sign-in code with anyone, colleague or manager.
- Use is limited to people aged 18 or over.
- If you lose your device or suspect someone used your account, tell your organization immediately.
4 What is not allowed
The whole tool rests on the punch being honest. So the following are strictly prohibited:
- Punching on someone else's behalf, or letting anyone punch on yours.
- Using mock-location apps, emulators, or modified devices (root / jailbreak) to defeat the geofence.
- Changing the device clock or time zone to alter a recorded time.
- Attempting to reach another employee's data, or parts of the system your role does not authorize.
- Reverse engineering the app, disabling its protections, or accessing it programmatically without written permission.
The system detects and logs such attempts. The consequence rests with your organization under its internal policies and labour law. The Company may suspend an account immediately where the integrity of the system is at risk.
5 Location and the live photo
At the moment of a punch the app captures your location and a live camera photo — at that moment only.
- Both permissions are requested explicitly and you may refuse them — you will then not be able to punch in the field.
- We extract no face template or biometric identifier, and perform no automated facial recognition. The photo is reviewed by authorized humans at your organization.
- The full detail — what is collected, why, for how long, and with whom it is shared — is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6 Records are corrected, never erased
If your record is wrong — a missing punch, an incorrect time — you may raise a correction request in the app for your supervisor to approve.
Every correction leaves a trail: the original, the change, who approved it and when. History is not deleted or rewritten — which protects you before anyone else.
7 Working offline
Connectivity fails at remote sites. The app stores your punch on the device and sends it when the network returns, and its time remains the time it was taken, not the time it was sent.
It is your responsibility to confirm the punch appears in your record once you are back online. If it does not, the correction request is the route.
8 Availability and updates
We aim for a service that is always available, and we do not warrant uninterrupted operation: maintenance happens, networks drop, devices fail.
We may update the app or change or retire a feature. Anything that materially affects your work is communicated through your organization a reasonable time beforehand.
9 Intellectual property
The app, its name, mark, design and code belong to the Company. This agreement grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for as long as your organization subscribes and your account exists. No other right is transferred.
Attendance data belongs to your organization; we process it on their behalf.
10 When access ends
- Your access ends when your relationship with your organization ends, when they disable your account, or when their subscription ends.
- We may suspend an account immediately for a serious breach of clause 4 or a threat to system integrity.
- Your data is then handled per the Privacy Policy and applicable retention periods; access and correction rights are exercised through your organization.
11 Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". The Company is not answerable for a decision your organization takes on the basis of its data, nor for indirect or consequential loss, in each case to the extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — nothing here reduces a right that law does not allow to be waived.
This clause is not intended to exclude liability for the Company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12 Changes to these terms
We may amend them, and the date at the top of this page is updated. Material changes are notified a reasonable time before they take effect, through the app or through your organization. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
13 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law. Disputes are resolved amicably first; failing that, the competent judicial authority in Madinah has jurisdiction.
14 Distribution through Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the App Store or Google Play, the following forms part of this agreement:
- This agreement is between you and the Company only, not with Apple or Google, who are not parties to it.
- The Company alone is responsible for the app, its content, and its maintenance and support. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services.
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever, and any further claims are the Company's responsibility.
- The Company, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, non-compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- The Company, not Apple or Google, is responsible for any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of your store, and use the app on a device you own or control in accordance with the store's Usage Rules.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list.
