لا يُنشئ المستخدم حسابه بنفسه. المنشأة صاحبة العمل هي من تُنشئ حساب الموظف، والدخول يتم برقم الجوال ورمز تحقق أو عبر النفاذ الوطني — بلا تسجيل ذاتي وبلا كلمة مرور.
ولذلك: لإيقاف حسابك راجع منشأتك أولاً، فإيقاف الحساب عند انتهاء علاقة العمل من إجراءاتها. ولحذف بياناتك الشخصية من أنظمتنا أرسل الطلب أدناه.
Accounts in Hadher are provisioned by the employing organization, not self-registered; sign-in is by phone OTP or Saudi Nafath. To deactivate an account, contact your organization. To have your personal data erased from our systems, send the request below.
كيف ترسل الطلب
راسلنا من أي بريد بعنوان «طلب حذف بيانات»، واذكر:
اسمك الكامل كما هو مسجَّل.
رقم الجوال المستخدم للدخول.
اسم المنشأة التي تعمل أو كنت تعمل بها.
نتحقق من هويتك برمز يُرسل إلى نفس رقم الجوال، ثم ننفّذ الطلب خلال ٣٠ يوماً ونُبلغك بما حُذف وما احتُفظ به ولماذا.
Email us with the subject "Data deletion request", stating your full name as registered, the phone number used to sign in, and your (former) employer's name. We verify identity via a code sent to that same number, complete the request within 30 days, and tell you what was deleted and what was retained and why.
ما يُحذف وما يُحتفظ به
يُحذف: الاسم، رقم الجوال، صورة الملف الشخصي، معرّف الجهاز، رموز الإشعارات، وصور البصمة كلها.
يُحتفظ به: سجل الحضور نفسه (تواريخ وأوقات وساعات محتسبة) بالقدر الذي تُلزم به أنظمة العمل السعودية وحفظاً لحقوقك المالية تجاه منشأتك — ثم يُجهَّل من هويتك متى انقضت المدة النظامية.
وهذا استثناء قانوني لا خيار تجاري: سجل الحضور دليلك أنت على ساعاتك ومستحقّاتك.
Deleted: name, phone number, profile picture, device identifier, notification tokens, and all punch photos. Retained: the attendance record itself (dates, times, computed hours) for the period Saudi labor regulations require and to protect your wage entitlements, then anonymized. This is a legal exception, not a commercial choice — the attendance record is your own evidence of hours worked and pay owed.
